Your own fax number without a fax machine!
Your faxes are delivered as an attachment to an email, the email is sent to you within seconds.

Blocks of numbers are available for departmental fax distribution.

- saves the cost of a fax machine and rental of a telephone line
- allows you to check your faxes from anywhere you can pick up email or anywhere with a web browser
- saves paper (but of course you can choose to print them if you wish)
- easily copy and paste the fax images into other image applications
- can easily handle high volumes
- distribute the fax as easily as forwarding an email
- automatically archive the fax along with your email

Each email states the time it was received, the caller id and the called number.

You have the choice of tiff images or pdf's - tiff's can be viewed using the 'windows picture and fax viewer' utility bundled with windows or 'preview' on the Apple Mac. pdf's can be viewed with 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' which is a free download.

You can view your faxes on our web site, download them again as tiff's, pdf's or right click on the images to save them as jpg's.

You can also forward them on to other email addresses from the site. If you have our transmit-mode service you can also forward your faxes onto other fax machines (the whole fax or selected pages) and you can receive sms notifications that faxes have been received.

Choose the type of number you want

0871 £20+vat/year. Including support and access to your faxes on our secure website and by email.
There are no further charges to you, however many faxes. The caller pays 10p/minute at all times.
0871 numbers cannot be called from outside the UK so only use these if all your business is conducted within the UK

0845 £60+vat/year
Cheaper for the caller than 0871 and a simple annual fee for you, however much it's used.
Charged (to UK callers) at local rate.
0845's can be dialled from outside the UK (unlike 0871's) so they are suitable for international business.

Secure incoming faxes
If you receive confidential information (maybe credit card details) by fax and are required by the bank not to email them... we can configure an option that emails you a web-link to your fax (not the fax itself) so you can view /save / print / download your fax from our secure, encrypted web site and the fax is never sent by email.
